✔ Returns Accepted – 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the day of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our customer service team at support@anelity.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. Once approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide return instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

• If the return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• No Buyer’s Remorse Returns – Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to provide a full replacement or necessary parts at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take up to 4 weeks, including shipping, inspection, and bank processing.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Important Notes

• 🚛 No Order Cancellations – Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• 📦 Keep the Original Packaging – The item must be returned in its original packaging for inspection and processing.
• ⚠️ Returns sent without an RMA number or to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
