✔ Return & Warranty Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, not as described, or received in the wrong quantity. To request a return, please contact us at support@anelity.com within 7 days and provide clear photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- In most cases, returns are not required — a replacement or refund will be provided based on photos.
- Return shipping is covered if the issue is our fault; otherwise, the customer is responsible.
- If a customer cancels an unshipped order without a valid reason, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Warranty: Products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from misuse, accidents, pets, or unauthorized modifications.
